After Outlook is set up with an IMAP account, your TeamConnect Email folder appears in the Outlook Mail pane as the IMAP folder's Inbox. Each time you open Outlook, the TeamConnect IMAP folder updates with any new information.
This folder contains any current project email folders that you have the rights to see. You may already have Outlook open, then create new folders, such as Disputes, Matters, or Transactions in TeamConnect. In such cases, you must refresh your IMAP folders list and messages to view these folders.
