Before sharing email between any supported email client and TeamConnect, you must add an IMAP email account to your email client. Afterward, you may periodically need to refresh the client's folders view to keep TeamConnect in synchronization with the email client.
This section explains setting up IMAP accounts for the following email clients:
•Outlook
•Lotus Notes
Important: You may only set up IMAP email accounts in TeamConnect if your administrator has enabled and configured this feature and given you rights to use it. Contact your administrator for information on the setup and configuration of your system.
