For example, if the View Admin Settings records right is assigned to a group, group members can view the Admin Settings pages and configured values. In addition, group members can view the Logging pages for system logs and audit logs.

For example, if the Edit Admin Settings records right is assigned, group members can edit the Admin Settings pages. In addition, group members can edit system logger levels, clear system and audit logs.
