After Lotus Notes is set up with an IMAP account, your TeamConnect email folder appears in the appropriate window. Each time you open Lotus Notes, the TeamConnect IMAP folder updates with any new information.

Note: Copying email is only supported by Outlook. This feature is not available in Lotus Notes.

This folder contains any current project email folders you have the rights to see. If you already have Lotus Notes open, and new projects, such as Disputes, Matters, or Transactions, are created in TeamConnect, you must refresh your IMAP folders list and messages to view these folders.
