This section contains upgrade consideration information for TeamConnect 5.0.

The Installation Help lists the versions that you can upgrade to 5.0 . If you are running any other version of TeamConnect, you must upgrade to one of the versions listed before upgrading to 5.0.

The current upgrade paths supported are from: TeamConnect 4.2.

If you are using a version of TeamConnect prior to TeamConnect 4.2, please see the TeamConnect 4.2 Installation Guide for information on this release.

Upgrading with TeamConnect Modules

When upgrading with TeamConnect Modules (e.g., Financial Management, Collaborati Spend Management, Legal Matter Management, etc.), it is important to ensure your Enterprise version is not upgraded beyond an available upgrade path for the modules to reach 5.0. For example, if TeamConnect Enterprise is upgraded to 5.0 while CSM is still at version 3.4, there will be no available upgrade path to get CSM to 5.0.
