1.Click the Custom Search link in an Email Folder list page. 2.If you want to search for a task within a specific collection, in the Search Within drop-down list, select the collection name or search All. 3.Choose an appropriate option in the Filter drop-down list to enable a predefined search filter. These filters may use any combination of some or all the following criteria, as shown on the page:
oFilename (subject) oCreation date (date range) 4.Enter your search criteria in any of the fields in the previous list, as shown on the page. Using a combination of criteria searches on both or all of the criteria, not one or another.
5.If you want to search by email subject, from the Filename drop-down list, select Contains and enter the email subject In the Filename box. 6.Click Search. The tasks that match your criteria appear in an Email Folder list page view.
7.Click a resulting message name link to view the email content. |
