1System Requirements

 

To install CSM 4.0 Update 3 you must be running TeamConnect 4.0.

 

Use the Available Updates section of the About page to install. For more information about how to install, refer to Viewing Information About Available Updates.

 

Important: Do not customize the object definitions that comprise CSM (CSM Settings,         Timekeeper, Vendor, Budget Request, and Rate Request) in any way. Customized versions of CSM are not eligible for support.

 

2Upgrade Considerations and Notes

 

This section provides upgrade requirements and considerations for CSM 4.0 Update 3.

 

Details about the compatibility requirements for CSM and TeamConnect, and the related upgrade procedures, are available in the TeamConnect 4.0 Installation Help.

 

When all requirements are met, perform the upgrade from the Available Updates block on the

 

About page in TeamConnect.

 

CSM 4.0 Update 3 has the following upgrade requirements:

 

If you are using the Oracle 10g JDBC driver, you must include the following setting in the JVM argument on the server on which TeamConnect is deployed:

 

 

-Doracle.jdbc.V8Compatible=true

 

 

 Important: Tender requests created in CSM 4.0 Update 1, CSM 4.0 Update 2 and CSM 4.0 Update 3 will be erased upon upgrading to CSM 4.0 Update 4 or later. Please contact Mitratech Professional Services (professionalservices@mitratech.com) for further information if you intend to utilize the tendering functions of CSM.

3Changes and Enhancements

The following items are changes or enhancements built into CSM 4.0 Update 3:

 

Issue: Prevent upload of LEDES documents to archive.

Issue: Initial sync of LEDES files occur in batches to prevent slowing the system.

Issue: Historical proposed amounts from vendors are saved.

Issue: There was a defect on the due date when creating tender requests with the batch creation wizard.
