Depending on your network configurations, your application may require proxy authentication to connect to Mitratech’s server.
To set up a connection to a proxy
1.From the TeamConnect tab or pane, click the Settings button.
2.Navigate to the Credentials tab.
3.Enter information about your proxy server. See table below for a description of each field.
4.Click Ok.
