With the TeamConnect plug-in in Outlook, users can easily view their documents in TeamConnect from the Matter Folders & Document Pane.

To preview a document or email, double-click the item from the list and the file will preview within the Outlook window. You may need to expand the folder to view sub-folders.

Documents should be opened via right-click+Open rather than double-clicking the previewed item.
