Adding Plug-ins to TeamConnect

Administrators are able to download the Office Integration plug-ins from within the main TeamConnect application.

 

1.After purchasing Office Suite 2.0, download the patch and module provided for your version of TeamConnect. For more information, contact Mitratech Support about the patch for Office Suite Integration.

 

2.Under the All tab, select Admin Settings.

 

3.Select About.

 

4.Click Show updates available for installed products.

 

5.Select the Office/Outlook plug-ins to begin your download. Note: The Office Plug-in must be installed and configured prior to installing the Outlook plug-in.

 

The file downloaded will be a .zip file. After extracting these files to the chosen destination,  users can select from between a x64 and x86 setup executable file. The download will automatically generate a folder to your destination.

 

Note: Admins must enable the following permissions in TeamConnect for users and groups in order for Office Suite 2.0 to function:

View Office Integration Settings records

View Office Integration Settings all categories

View Office Integration Settings all custom fields
