Use the Disposition page to enter or edit information about the way that the dispute was resolved. Typically, before you close a Dispute record, you should complete this information.
1.Search for a Dispute matter and open it. 2.In the left pane, click the Dispositions link. 3.In the Outcome Dispute Disposition section, enter or edit the disposition information, including its description, awarded fees and their monetary amounts. 4.Click Add. 5.If you need to enter additional disposition information, repeat steps 3 and 4 for all additional entries. 6.Select a save option. |
