1.Search for a matter and open it. 2.In the left pane, click the Activities link. The Activities page opens.
3.In the Appointment section, select one of the following options: oTo create a new appointment, click New. oTo edit an existing appointment, click the name of the appointment in the Subject column, and then click Edit. The appointment record opens to the General page.
4.Enter or edit the name of the meeting, location, and time of the meeting. You can also use the links in the left pane to add resources, attendees, and specify the category for this meeting. See Creating or Editing Appointments for more information. 5.Select a save option. |
