If you have the appropriate rights, you can search for and view a TeamConnect matter that was created using an SOP record.
1.Click the SOP tab. 2.In the top left corner of the user interface, click the Setup link. 3.On the Main menu, in the Go to drop-down list, click Matter. 4.On the Current View drop-down list, click Default. 5.Click the Filter tab and enter the appropriate search criteria. 6.Click search. The search results should include the matter that you want to view.
