1.In the upper right corner of the TeamConnect user interface, click the Setup link. The Designer main page opens.
2.On the Main menu, in the Tools drop-down list, click Map Service of Process. 3.In the Service of Process Mapping section, in the Select Action drop-down list, select Open Existing Mapping. 4.In the Select Registered Agent drop-down list, select the appropriate RA. 5.In the Select Existing Mapping drop-down list, select the mapping file that you want to delete. 6.Click Open and select one of the following options: oTo delete a complete mapping, click the Delete button at the top of the Service of Process (SOP) Mapping page. oTo delete a block of field mappings, click the Delete button in the block that you want to delete. |
