Upgrade Toolkit is available for download from the Available Updates section of the About page in TeamConnect Enterprise. You must have admin user rights to access this page.
1.Log in to TeamConnect Enterprise as a user with admin rights. 2.Click on the Admin tab. 3.In the left pane, click the About link. The About page opens.
4.Click the Show updates available for installed products button. The page displays the modules and versions that are available for your TeamConnect instance.
5.Locate the TeamConnect Legal Matter Management 4.0 line in the TeamConnect Legal Matter Management section. Click the Windows download link to download the Upgrade Toolkit executable file. 6.After the Upgrade Toolkit executable file finishes downloading, open it. Upgrade Toolkit will launch. |
