The native TeamConnect reporting feature requires that client computers have Adobe Flash version 10.1 or higher installed. TeamConnect version 5.2 was certified with version 11.4.

For exporting report results to PDF format, the client computer must have Adobe Acrobat Reader version 9.4.0 or higher installed.
