For TeamConnect, custom records are referred to in this guide as Projects. For TeamConnect Legal and TeamConnect® Express, custom records are referred to in this guide as Matters. In this guide, the terms project and matter can be considered as the same.

You must assign the appropriate rights to view or work with Projects/Matters, as explained in the following tables:

•The Basic Rights to Project/Matter table explains basic rights to work with a Project/Matter, for example, View Project records and Edit Project records.

•The Additional Project/Matter Rights explains rights you can assign to work with additional pages that are part of that Project, for example, View Project security and Edit Project security.
