One or more basic contact rights is required to view or work with contacts and address books.

The following table explains the basic rights for working with contacts:

Allows users to change existing Contacts.

Also allows users to add or remove contacts from address books.

To specify a company, users must also have the Read right to Contact.

This right also determines whether users can add contacts in the Search Module window.
