The following items are known TeamConnect Financial Management 4.0 issues and limitations. Each known issue is documented in the following format:

Accounts

Issue: The Account Transactions page displays the currency symbol of the user's locale preference instead of the default currency symbol, but still displays the value of the default currency.

Budgets

Issue: If you change your budget start date to an earlier date, the additional time periods appear at the bottom of the time period list.

Issue: If you budget by a vendor when the associated matter does not have a vendor, the edit pencil icon appears next to Budgeted amounts.

Workaround: Add a vendor to the budget.

Issue: Budgets appear out of order if the Start Date is set back and previous time periods are added.

Issue: When creating a new budget with the Budget Creation Wizard, the Budget Template selection is not saved when you navigate back to the first screen of the wizard.

Budget Settings

Issue: User is able to navigate to the Budget Templates Object Page and the Fiscal Year Object Page. This allows the user to create a new Budget Template or Fiscal Year, which cannot have a Parent Project. Attempting to save this record fails.

Issue: When using Internet Explorer 8, if you enter inconsistent start dates for the fiscal year and first quarter then save, TeamConnect takes 6-8 seconds to reload the the New Fiscal Year page.

Issue: When using Internet Explorer 8, expanded drop-down trees overlap each other on the Budget Template creation page.

Cost Centers

Issue: If you change the cost center mapping after an invoice is posted, the invoice updates with the new mapping allocations.

Issue: The Total Allocated number is not localized on the Cost Centers screen.

Issue: Users with the appropriate rights are able to create a copy of the Cost Center Mapping object.

Workaround: The Budget Settings and Fiscal Year Admin default group has this right. Disable the Create a copy permission for Cost Center Mapping in System Rights of this group to prevent this issue.
