You must have admin rights to install this product.
1.In TeamConnect, click the Admin tab, and then click the Admin Settings sub-tab link. 2.In the left pane, click the About link. 3.Click the Show updates available for installed products button. The page displays the modules and versions that are available for your TeamConnect instance.
4.Locate the TeamConnect Legal Matter Management 4.0 line in the TeamConnect Legal Matter Management section. Click the Windows download link to download the Upgrade Toolkit executable file. 5.After the Upgrade Toolkit executable file finishes downloading, open it. Upgrade Toolkit will launch. 6.If the installation is successful, restart TeamConnect. |
Note: If the installation is not successful, TeamConnect Legal Matter Management 4.0 does not appear as an Installed Product.
