This document details the upgrade information, new features, resolved issues, and known issues that are included in Financial Management 4.0 Update 3.
1System Requirements
To install TeamConnect Financial Management 4.0 Update 3, you must be running TeamConnect Enterprise 4.0 Update 5.
TeamConnect Financial Management 4.0 Update 3 is compatible with the following optional
TeamConnect products:
•TeamConnect Legal Matter Management 4.0 or later
•Collaborati Spend Management 4.0 or later
2Changes and Enhancements
The following items are changes or enhancements built into Financial Management 4.0 Update 3:
Issue: Budget accounts can be auto-created based on conditions set by an admin.

Issue: TeamConnect admins can restrict users or groups to a certain set of budget templates.

Issue: Cost Center allocations can be edited at the invoice level.

Issue: Cost Center Conversion tool failed to convert values in ACTIONIIDString custom field.

Originally fixed in: Financial Management 4.0 Update 2 Patch 1
Issue: Budgets with settlement accounts were unable to be edited after conversion via account conversion tool.
Tracking code: SUPPORTPRI-11719
Originally fixed in: Financial Management 4.0 Update 2 Patch 2
Issue: Users were unable to change date formatting due to system settings overruling their user settings.
Error message thrown when users without necessary rights attempted to view and create budgets was unclear.
