You can customize the look of the user interface to meet your needs or personal preferences. For example, you can change the color of your screen and menus. You can also define your own settings regarding email notifications, home pages, and password. All of these settings can be defined and modified through the Preferences in the global toolbar.
Note: Some preferences, such as font size, can only be changed using the settings in your browser. For more information, see your browser's online help or documentation.
On the global toolbar, click Preferences.
The General preferences page appears. The left pane shows links for all the preferences pages:
•General—Define date and time formats, search result settings, calendar settings, and accessibility settings. For details, see Changing Preferences. •Appearance—Define the background color and the font colors and sizes for your screens. For details, see Changing Screen Appearance. •Reset Password—Change your password. For details, see Changing Password. •Email Notifications—Request email notifications when you are assigned to new tasks and projects, or when new appointments are scheduled for you.
