Issue: Project records were not populated into WH_CUSTOM_DELTA.

Issue: Error thrown by IL_WH_CONTACT_RELATIONS for MSSQL instances.

Issue: Involved relations were deleted when UPPER_REFRESH_DATE in the WH_LAST_REFRESH table is changed.

Issue: Installation failed when ran multiple times due to pre-existing AUDIT_TBL.
