CSM ADMINISTRATORS: SSL CERTIFICATIONS

Dear Valued Mitratech Client,

As previously communicated, we have updated the information to include the following information:

• Date of deployment - October 27, 2022 at 9AM CST
• New SSL Certification files
• Weblogic, Websphere, and Tomcat SSL Certification Update Instructions.

If you have an on premise installation of TeamConnect you may need to follow the below instructions to install the new certificates. If your java installation containts an updated 'cacerts' then this is unlikely to be needed, but if in doubt, please check with your internal IT.

Using one of the following guides, install the certificate on your application server:

• WebSphere Application Server
• Weblogic Application Server
• Apache Tomcat

This does not apply to any client who has Managed Hosting Services through Mitratech.
